At Level 99 Design, we are committed to providing high-quality web design, online marketing, and automation services tailored to our clients’ needs. Due to the nature of our work, all projects involve extensive planning, resource allocation, and custom development. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.
Refunds
1. No Refunds Once Work Has Begun
- Once a proposal is signed and accepted, work officially begins, and refunds will no longer be issued.
- Our process involves allocating time, resources, and expertise from the moment a project is initiated, making it non-refundable.
2. Deposits & Payments
- All deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable as they secure the time and work effort required for project execution.
- If a client cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees incurred.
3. Client-Initiated Cancellations
- If a project is paused or canceled by the client after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment of all completed work up to the cancellation date.
- In cases where work has been completed but not yet launched, no refunds will be issued.
4. Dissatisfaction with Services
- If a client is unsatisfied with the progress of a project, we will work together to make reasonable revisions per the project scope.
- Refunds will not be granted based on a client’s change of mind, preference shifts, or failure to provide necessary feedback, approvals, or content required for project completion.
5. Refunds for Online Marketing & SEO Services
- Payments for Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing services are non-refundable as these services involve time-based strategies and expenditures that cannot be reversed.
- Campaign results vary based on multiple factors, including market competition, ad budgets, and search engine algorithm updates. Level 99 Design does not guarantee specific rankings or performance metrics, and refunds will not be issued based on perceived performance.
6. Third-Party Costs & Expenses
- Any third-party purchases made on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, web hosting, software licenses, premium plugins, stock images) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the client will be considered a breach of contract and will be contested with documentation of the signed proposal and completed work.
- If a chargeback is filed, all services will be immediately paused, and the client will be responsible for any associated fees.
