If the job will take longer than 3 hours, we will provide you with an estimate and quote, you will never be blindsided by hours.

Emergencies don’t always happen between 9 and 5. If you need support after hours, we’re available at a premium rate of $300/hour. We’re happy to step in when needed — and make sure you’re never left hanging.
After-Hours Support Policy
We’re committed to being there when you need us — even outside of normal business hours. Work requested after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays is billed at a premium rate of $300/hour. We value your time — and ours — so while emergency support is available, it comes at an additional cost.

What if something breaks after an update?
